Tanah Lot is one of the most famous Hindu temples in Bali dedicated to Hindu GodVaruna. It is one of the 7 sea temples, each within eyesight of the next, which form a chain along the south-western coast of Bali. It is said to be the work of revered 15th century Hindu priest Nirartha and forms an important element of Balinese spiritualism and mythology.
